Sale of Edgewood

Waters Investments, Inc. the parent company of Waters Incorporated and a small group of investors have sold the Edgewood Village Shopping Center in Burlington, NC. Formerly anchored by Harris Teeter, it is currently anchored by Edge Fitness. Waters Incorporated represented the sellers. The buyer is the adjacent property owner of the bowling center.
