Waters Investments is pleased to announce we have acquired Monroe Business Park as a joint venture with other investors, which is located on Monroe Road next door to one of our self storage facilities, The Mini Storage Center. Monroe Business Park is anchored by Common Market and Irontribe Fitness. The Center has multiple other small business tenants in the rear as well as warehouse and office-flex space. Waters plans on multiple upgrades to the property including rebranding it as Oakhurst Commerce Centre. Waters Incorporated will provide management and leasing.
