  • Edgewood Village – Mailbox Etc. has executed their renewal.
  • AA Carolina Events, Inc. dba Carolina Limousine has extended their lease for two additional years. They are located at 7269 Hwy 707 in Myrtle Beach, SC. Carolina Limousine provides transportation services for individuals, groups, companies and non-profits utilizing a fleet of town cars, limousines and buses. Waters represented the Landlord

Waters is pleased to announce the expansion and extension of The Lampe Niche lease at 12049 Hwy 17 Bypass in Murrells Inlet, SC. The Lampe Niche sells and repairs lamps. They took an additional 1,340sf for a total of 4,040sf. Waters represented the Landlord.

  • Waters is pleased to announce the leasing of 7,500sf to Coastal Carolina Furniture LLC dba J&K Furnishings at 12059 Hwy 17 Bypass in Murrells Inlet, SC. J&K is a mattress and furniture store with several locations in the greater Myrtle Beach area. Waters represented the Landlord.
